Grace Mission provides long term care for anyone with special needs like people with autism and or the elderly.

We aim to build self-reliance and life skills through highly personalized long term therapy.

Ultimately, we hope to equip our special friends with the hard and soft skills required to make livable wage in Singapore.

Our Therapy Process

Pre - Therapy Individual consultation

Our personalized therapeutic plans are designed for children or young people with autism.

The goal of the consultation is to

Evaluate our special friends in the hope of getting a better understanding of their needs, interests, and condition.
Introduce to the Grace Mission community.
Selection of Care Programs.
Inform parents or caretakers of the commitment required to undergo the therapy. (up to 2 years).

Our Care Programmes

Each Care Program is created and scheduled based on the child’s needs. Our care programs consist of 4 main components which serve as a way to provide them with activities to help them integrate into society.

Nature Restorative Therapy

Understand emotions through interaction with nature.

Change

Teach our friends how to embrace change through plant replantation and care (bonsais)

Growth

Heal emotional wounds through caring for unhealthy plants.

Communication

Practice Social interaction and empathy by caring for and communicating with nature (fishes/ants/plants).

Sports Empowerment Activities

Gain confidence and courage by overcoming the elements and improve motor skills through sports.

We will try our best to find a suitable place for your special friend to work at. In addition to the work in Grace Mission Agriculture, we consult and work with industry partners and try to find the right fit for our special friends.

Monthly/Quarterly Check - ins

To ensure our therapy is effective we maintain communication with our industry partners and ensure that there is a healthy relationship between them and our special friends.
